Some heart medication does not go along with grapefruit. You can replace the grapefruit with banana. It is alright.
The body easily digest a banana. The more ripe. The lesser the starchy carbs. So, banana can provide a boost of energy so fast. For some, banana may give constipation. I have no problem with banana. In case of constipation, you can substitue one meal to a salad. That would provide the relief for irregularities. In the process, we cleanse the body. Eventually, we lose even more weight.
